Here are some credentials that our cleaning technicians must exhibit understanding of and complete before being released to work alone or with a team:

• Two PowerPoint classes. We require our cleaning staff to attend two PowerPoint classes in the education of healthcare cleaning and practice proper use of chemicals, equipment and PPE.
• Take and pass a HIPPA test. We require our cleaning technicians to take and pass a HIPPA test that demonstrates their understanding of maintaining privacy of all patient data.
• Clear understanding of PPE procedures. Our technicians are required to exhibit and understand the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals at the customer location.
